The Michigan Hedge Fund Club is a student-led organization focused on hedge fund investing. We offer hands-on experience in investment analysis and portfolio management. Our dedicated team helps you explore dynamic strategies and prepare for high finance careers.

Our Style
We are the only club on campus focused on Buy Side Hedge Fund Recruiting. Our exclusive partnerships with leading hedge funds, provides our analysts with priority consideration for their internships and company visits to recruit directly from us.
We have hosted portfolio managers from hedge funds such as Citadel, Jane Street, Point72 to share insights on market strategies, career paths, and the evolving landscape of quantitative finance.
We employ a 2-pronged membership structure – general membership & our analyst program
General Membership
Our general membership is open to everyone, no application is required. Members will have access to guest speakers and recruiting opportunities.
Analyst Program
Our Analysts will be application based and members will take part in our 10 week educational semester, weekly meetings, our investments and pitch competitions, and have access to Fundamental Edge.
